NCP81074AMNTBG

The NCP81074AMNTBG is a single-channel, low-side MOSFET driver designed by On Semiconductor. It is capable of delivering high peak currents into capacitive loads, with a stated capability of 7 A peak current in the Miller plateau region to mitigate the Miller effect during MOSFET switching transitions. This driver features a split output configuration, allowing users to control both turn-on and turn-off slew rates independently.

Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 20 V, a high current drive capability of ±10 A, and fast switching characteristics with typical rise and fall times of 4 ns with a 1.8 nF load. Propagation delays are also fast, at 15 ns for both falling and rising inputs.
