NCP51400MNTXG

The NCP51400MNTXG from ON Semiconductor is a source/sink Double Data Rate (DDR) termination regulator. It is specifically designed for low input voltage and low-noise systems where space is a key consideration.

This regulator supports DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR3, and DDR4 memory termination. It maintains a fast transient response and requires a minimum output capacitance of 20 µF. The NCP51400 supports a remote sensing function and all power requirements for DDR VTT bus termination. It can also be used in low-power chipsets and graphics processor cores that require dynamically adjustable output voltages.

The NCP51400 is available in a thermally efficient 10-pin, 3x3 DFN Exposed Pad package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It includes features such as integrated power MOSFETs, PGOOD logic output, EN logic input, and VRI reference input for flexible tracking. Built-in protections include soft start, under-voltage lockout, over-current limit, and thermal shutdown.

Applications include DDR memory termination in desktop PCs, notebooks, workstations, servers, networking equipment, telecom/datacom, graphics processor core supplies, and active bus termination.
