NCP51145PDR2G

The ON Semiconductor NCP51145PDR2G is a specialized linear regulator engineered for DDR VTT termination voltage requirements in memory systems. It actively sources and sinks peak currents up to ±1.8 A, ensuring precise regulation for DDR-II, DDR-III, LPDDR-III, and DDR-IV memory applications. The regulator operates with an input voltage range of 1.0V to 5.5V and maintains functionality across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

This device features integrated power MOSFETs, fast transient response, and built-in soft-start circuitry. It is designed for stability with ceramic-only capacitors and includes protection features such as source/sink current limiting and on-chip thermal shutdown. The NCP51145PDR2G is supplied in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, suitable for surface mounting.
