It operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and features a built-in 2ms soft-start sequence. The device is enabled automatically when a power supply is connected to the Vin pin (active high). Reverse voltage protection and compliance to IEC61000-4-2 (Level 4) are included.

 

The NCP330MUTBG is available in a compact 4-UDFN package measuring 1.2 x 1.6 mm with an exposed pad for thermal dissipation. It is designed for surface mounting and is suitable for typical applications such as mobile phones, tablets, digital cameras, GPS devices, and computers.

 

This device is Pb-Free and offers current consumption optimization to decrease leakage current, allowing for long battery life. The NCV prefix is available for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, with AEC-Q100 qualification and PPAP capability.
