Additional features include integrated soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown protection. The device is available in a compact 3x3x0.55 mm 10-pin UDFN package, suitable for space-constrained designs. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C (TA).
