The ON Semiconductor NCP115ASN120T2G is a high PSRR LDO (Low Dropout) linear voltage regulator designed for noise-sensitive applications. It provides a stable and accurate 1.2V output voltage with a maximum current capability of 300 mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a wide operating input voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a low dropout voltage of 250 mV typical at 300 mA.
