It incorporates high-efficiency DC-DC converters providing fixed 3.3 V and selectable 1.2 V to 21 V outputs, along with a linear 20 V regulator. The NCN5130MNTWG offers buffering for sent data frames, including extended frames, and features selectable UART or SPI interfaces to the host controller with selectable baud rates. Optional CRC on UART and optional received frame-end with MARKER service are also supported.
This transceiver operates with a standard 16 MHz quartz crystal and can generate clocks of 8 or 16 MHz for external devices. It includes temperature monitoring and an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The device is Pb-Free and RoHS Compliant.
