The RSL15 is an ultra-low power, secure Arm Cortex-M33 processor-based Bluetooth Low Energy 5.2 wireless MCU, ideal for connected smart devices in industrial and medical applications. It supports up to 10 simultaneous connections, long range, and high-speed 2 Mbit PHY. The device features Angle of Arrival (AoA) and Angle of Departure (AoD) capabilities, extended advertising, and backwards compatibility with earlier Bluetooth Low Energy specifications.
Key electrical characteristics include an operating voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V, a configurable transmit power from -17 dBm to +6 dBm, and a receiver sensitivity down to -96 dBm at 1 Mbps. It operates at a frequency of 2.4GHz with data rates from 62.5 kbps to 2000 kbps. The MCU is clocked up to 48 MHz and includes a comprehensive Cybersecurity Platform with Arm CryptoCell-312 for end-to-end product security.
