The RSL10 is an ultra-low-power, highly flexible multi-protocol 2.4 GHz radio System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for high-performance wearable and medical applications. It features an Arm Cortex-M3 Processor and an LPDSP32 DSP core, supporting Bluetooth Low Energy technology and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocol stacks without sacrificing power consumption.
Key electrical specifications include a receive sensitivity of -94 dBm (Bluetooth Low Energy Mode, 1 Mbps), a data rate range of 62.5 to 2000 kbps, and transmitting power from -17 to +6 dBm. The supply voltage range is 1.1 to 3.3 V. Current consumption is notably low, with deep sleep modes drawing as little as 25 nA (at 3 V VBAT).
This SoC supports Bluetooth 5.2 certification with LE 2-Mbit PHY, offering backwards compatibility. It includes 384 kB of Flash Memory and supports Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA) updates. The device is housed in a 51-WLCSP package and is designed for surface mount.
