The NC7WZ00L8X from On Semiconductor is a dual 2-input NAND gate belonging to the TinyLogic Ultra High Speed (UHS) series. Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, it offers high speed and output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation across a broad VCC operating range of 1.65V to 5.5V.
This device boasts an ultra-high speed with a typical propagation delay of 2.4 ns at 5V and 50pF load. It provides a high output drive of ±24 mA at 3V VCC. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5V, facilitating 5V to 3V translation. Proprietary noise and EMI reduction circuitry are implemented.
The NC7WZ00L8X is supplied in a space-saving 8-MicroPak™ leadless surface mount package, making it suitable for applications where board space is limited. It is Pb-free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
