The NC7SZ18P6X from On Semiconductor is a TinyLogic UHS 1-of-2 non-inverting demultiplexer. This device buffers data on the A pin and directs it to either the Y0 or Y1 output based on the state of the select pin (S). The deselected output is placed in a high impedance state.
Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, the NC7SZ18 achieves ultra-high speed with a typical propagation delay of 2.5 ns at 5V VCC. It supports a broad operating voltage range of 1.65V to 5.50V, and its inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5V, facilitating 5V to 3V translation. The device also features power-down high impedance inputs/outputs and proprietary noise/EMI reduction circuitry.
