The NC7SZ175P6X-L22347 is a single D-type CMOS flip-flop from ON Semiconductor's Ultra High Speed (UHS) Series of TinyLogic. It features an asynchronous clear input and is designed for high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation.
This flip-flop is specified to operate over a VCC range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5 V, independent of the VCC operating voltage, which facilitates 5 V to 3 V translation. It stores the state of the D input on the low-to-high transition of the clock pulse (CP). A low input to the Clear (C) pin sets the Q output to a low level, and this clear function is independent of the clock.
The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology and is available in the space-saving SC-70-6 package, also referred to as SC-88 or SOT-363. This package type is suitable for surface mount applications. The NC7SZ175 is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum propagation delay of 4ns at 5V and 50pF, a clock frequency of up to 175 MHz, and a quiescent current of 1 µA. The output type is non-inverted.
