The NC7S86P5X-L22057 is a high-performance, single 2-input CMOS Exclusive-OR gate manufactured by On Semiconductor. It utilizes advanced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication for high speed and low power consumption across a wide VCC operating range of 2V to 6V.
