The ON Semiconductor NBRD5H100T4G is a switch-mode Schottky power rectifier in a surface-mount DPAK package. It employs Schottky Barrier principle with epitaxial construction for efficient low-voltage, high-frequency switching power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 5A. It offers a low forward voltage of 710mV at 5A and a fast recovery time of less than 500ns. The operating junction temperature range is from -65°C to 175°C.
