The NB6L295MMNG from ON Semiconductor is a versatile dual-channel programmable delay chip, primarily used for clock or data de-skewing and timing adjustments. It supports two operating modes: Dual Delay and Extended Delay. In Dual Delay Mode, each channel offers a programmable delay from 0 ns to 6 ns with a minimum fixed delay of 3.2 ns. The Extended Delay Mode cascades the two channels for a total programmable delay range of 0 ns to 11.2 ns, with a minimum fixed delay of 6.0 ns.
This device features multi-level inputs compatible with LVPECL, LVDS, CML, LVCMOS, and LVTTL logic levels. It operates with a supply voltage range of 2.375 V to 3.6 V and has a typical supply current of 170 mA. The outputs are CML with a typical peak-to-peak voltage of 380 mV. The NB6L295MMNG supports input clock frequencies greater than 1.5 GHz and input data rates exceeding 2.5 Gb/s.
Packaged in a 24-pin QFN (4x4 mm) with a surface mount type, the NB6L295MMNG is designed for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. It includes internal input/output termination and temperature compensation circuitry for stable performance.
