The NB100LVEP222FA from ON Semiconductor is a low skew 2:1:15 differential ECL/PECL fanout buffer designed for clock distribution applications. It supports both LVPECL and NECL modes, with LVPECL operating from a VCC/VCC0 of 2.375 V to 3.8 V and NECL operating from VEE of -2.375 V to -3.8 V.
This clock driver offers selectable 1x or 1/2x frequency outputs for each of its four output banks. It guarantees low output-to-output skew of 20 ps and part-to-part skew of 85 ps. The device features internal input pulldown resistors and a VBB output. It is available in a 52-LQFP Exposed Pad package suitable for surface mounting.
The NB100LVEP222FA is an improved version of the MC100LVE222, offering higher speed capability and reduced skew. It is designed for high-performance clock distribution in 2.5 V/3.3 V systems.
