This microcontroller integrates 128KB of embedded Flash memory and 16KB of embedded SRAM, along with 4KB of Flash loader memory for In-System Programming (ISP).
Key features include a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The NANO120LE3BN supports various peripherals such as USB 2.0 FS, multiple UART, SPI, and I²C interfaces, along with a 12-bit SAR ADC and a 12-bit DAC. It also includes essential functions like a Watchdog Timer and Brown-out Detector.
