The NIC NACE series capacitor is a general-purpose, surface-mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a cylindrical V-chip construction. It provides a capacitance of 220µF with a tolerance of ±20% and a rated voltage of 35Vdc.
Designed for automatic mounting and reflow soldering, this capacitor operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It features a low ESR of 2.64Ω and a maximum ripple current of 82mA at 120Hz and +85°C. The load life is rated for 2000 hours at 85°C.
Key characteristics include a maximum leakage current of 0.01CV or 3μA (whichever is greater) after 2 minutes at 20°C, and a dissipation factor (Tan δ) of 0.35 at 120Hz/20°C. The capacitor is also anti-solvent for up to 2 minutes.
