The MXL7213-AYA-T is a dual-channel 13A step-down power module from Maxlinear. It integrates the controller, drivers, inductors, MOSFETs, and bypass capacitors into a single surface-mount package (144-LGA, 15x15mm). Each channel delivers up to 13A, and the outputs can be combined for a single 26A load. Multiple modules can be paralleled to achieve up to 100A output. Input voltage range is 4.5V to 16V, and output voltage is adjustable from 0.6V to 5.3V using a single resistor. The switching frequency is adjustable from 250kHz to 780kHz. Protection features include overcurrent, overvoltage, thermal shutdown, and UVLO. A differential remote sense amplifier ensures accurate voltage regulation. The module is suitable for ITE, telecom, and industrial applications. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant.
