The MURS320-13-F is a 3.0A surface-mount super-fast rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency rectification in power supplies and other power conversion circuits. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified output current of 3A at a lead temperature of 140°C. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 25ns, enabling high-frequency operation with reduced switching losses.
