MURS260T3G

The MURS260T3G is an ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification and freewheeling applications. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 2A at a lead temperature of 125°C. The forward voltage drop is 1.45V maximum at 25°C and 1.20V maximum at 150°C, ensuring low conduction losses. The reverse recovery time is a nominal 75ns, making it suitable for switching applications. The diode can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 35A. It is housed in a compact surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package with J-bend leads, weighing 95 mg. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C and has a thermal resistance of 13°C/W junction-to-lead. It is ESD rated at >8 kV (Human Body Model, Class 3B) and >1000 V (Charged Device Model). The MURS260T3G is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-free, and AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. It is available in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 2500 pieces per reel.
