The MURS210T3G is an ultrafast power rectifier diode designed for high-voltage, high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications. It is rated for 100V reverse voltage and 2A average forward current.
Electrically, it offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.74V maximum at 2A and 150°C, with a typical forward voltage of 940mV at 25°C. The reverse recovery time is 30 ns, enabling efficient high-frequency switching. The diode can handle peak non-repetitive surge currents up to 50 A.
The device is housed in a compact SMB (DO-214AA) surface-mount package weighing 95 mg. It is Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS3 compliant. The operating junction temperature range is -60°C to 175°C. ESD ratings are >400V (Machine Model) and >4kV (Human Body Model).
Applications include power supplies, converters, and automotive systems (SURS8 variants available). The ultrafast recovery makes it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
