The Vishay Dale MURS160HE3_A/H is a surface-mount ultrafast plastic rectifier. It is designed for use in high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications within switching mode converters and inverters for consumer, computer, and telecommunication equipment.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 1.0A at 150°C or 2.0A at 125°C. The device offers an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 75 ns and a maximum forward voltage of 1.25V at 1A. It can withstand a peak forward surge current of 35A.
This rectifier is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, suitable for automated placement. The operating temperature range is from -65°C to 175°C. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is RoHS-compliant and meets MSL level 1.
