The MURS160-E3/52T is a surface-mount ultrafast plastic rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor. It is designed for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode power supplies and inverters.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum average rectified current of 2A, a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V, and a forward voltage of 1.25V at 1A. The device features an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 50 ns (typical) and a peak forward surge current capability of 35A.
