The MURS140T3G is a 1 A, 400 V ultrafast recovery rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor, part of the MURS1xx series. It is designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification and free-wheeling applications in surface mount designs.
With a typical reverse recovery time of 75 ns, this diode supports fast switching applications. The forward voltage drop is 1.25 V maximum at 1 A. It can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 35 A. The junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C.
The device is housed in the small, compact DO-214AA (SMB) package with J-bend leads, ideal for automated handling. It weighs approximately 95 mg. The terminal finish is corrosion resistant and readily solderable. The component is Pb-free and RoHS compliant per the datasheet, and has an ESD rating of >8 kV (HBM) and >1000 V (CDM).
