The MURS140-13-F is a 1.0A surface mount super-fast rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency rectification applications. It features a glass passivated die construction for enhanced reliability and a super-fast recovery time of 50 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
With a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified current of 1A, this rectifier can handle surge overloads up to 35A peak. The typical forward voltage is 1.25V at 1A, and the junction capacitance is 10 pF at 4V, 1MHz.
The device is housed in a standard SMB (DO-214AA) package and is surface mountable for automated assembly. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +175°C (storage) with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
