The Diodes Incorporated MURS120 is a 1.0A surface-mount super-fast rectifier designed for high efficiency applications. It features glass passivated die construction and a super-fast recovery time of 25ns.
This rectifier has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage rating of 200V and an average rectified output current of 1A at 135°C. The non-repetitive peak forward surge current is rated at 40A for an 8.3ms single half sine wave.
Packaged in an SMB (DO-214AA) case, the MURS120 is ideally suited for automated assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical capacitance of 27pF at 4V and 1MHz, and a forward voltage of 875mV at 1A. The device is designed for general-purpose applications requiring fast switching speeds.
