The MURS115T3G is a 150V, 1A ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by On Semiconductor (now onsemi). Designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification, this device is also suitable for free-wheeling and protection diode applications in surface mount assemblies where compact size and weight are critical.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum DC reverse voltage of 150V, 1A average rectified forward current, and a maximum forward voltage of 875mV at 1A. The diode offers a typical reverse recovery time of 35ns and can withstand a non-repetitive peak surge current of 35A (60Hz half-sine). It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
