The MURS110T3 is an ultra fast recovery rectifier diode from onsemi, designed for high frequency rectification and freewheeling applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous forward current of 1.0A at TL=159°C (2.0A at TL=139°C). The reverse recovery time is typically 35ns, making it suitable for switching power supplies and other high-speed circuits.
The device has a low forward voltage drop of 875mV at 1A and can handle non-repetitive peak surge current up to 35A. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. The diode is housed in a compact DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package, weighing approximately 95mg. It features an ESD rating of >8kV (Human Body Model) and >1kV (Charged Device Model).
The MURS110T3 is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). It is designed for automated handling and soldering, with a lead and mounting surface temperature capability of 260°C for 10 seconds.
