MURHS160T3G is a 600V, 1.0A ultrafast rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. This device features a typical reverse recovery time of 35 ns, enabling high-frequency operation with reduced switching losses. The rectifier can handle repetitive peak surge currents up to 15 A and is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
The device is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package, which is compact and suitable for automated assembly. The package is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and the epoxy molding meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The junction-to-lead thermal resistance is typically 24°C/W, and with proper PCB layout, the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 80°C/W.
Typical applications include power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diodes. The ultrafast recovery characteristic makes it particularly suitable for high-frequency rectification and switching power supplies. The device is also available in automotive-qualified variants (NRVUHS160VT3G and SURHS8160T3G) for applications requiring AEC-Q101 compliance.
