The MURHD560W1T4G is a 600V, 5A ultrafast power rectifier from ON Semiconductor. It features a maximum reverse recovery time of 30ns, enabling high-frequency operation in power conversion circuits. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 50A and has a forward voltage of 2.7V at 5A forward current.
The rectifier is housed in a surface-mount DPAK (TO-252) package and is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. Maximum thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.5°C/W, and from junction to ambient (on standard FR4 board) is 49.5°C/W.
Typical applications include power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diodes. The device is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant per the datasheet.
The product is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 pieces per reel.
