The MURHB860CTG is a power rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling applications. It consists of two ultrafast diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 4A average forward current, providing a total device current of 8A. The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and features a maximum reverse recovery time of 35ns, enabling high-frequency operation.
