The MURH860CT is an ultrafast rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, configured as a common cathode pair of two diodes. Each diode is rated for a maximum average rectified current of 4A, with a total device current of 8A. The maximum repetitive reverse voltage is 600V. The device features an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 2.8V at 4A and 25°C, and 2.5V at 150°C. Reverse leakage current is specified at 10µA at 600V and 25°C, and 500µA at 150°C.
