The MURF860G is an ultrafast rectifier diode designed for switch-mode power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 8A at a case temperature of 150°C.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical reverse recovery time of 60ns, a maximum forward voltage of 1.5V at 8A, and a nonrepetitive peak surge current rating of 100A. The device is ESD rated with a Human Body Model of >16,000V and a Machine Model of >400V.
