The MURD620CTT4G is an ultrafast rectifier diode array from onsemi, featuring two common-cathode diodes in a single DPAK surface mount package. Each diode is rated for a maximum average rectified forward current of 3A at a case temperature of 140°C, with a total device current of 6A. The device offers a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
Electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 1V at 3A per diode and a low reverse leakage current of 5µA at the rated reverse voltage. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 50A (60 Hz half-sine). It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 9°C/W per diode.
The DPAK (TO-252) package is designed for surface mount assembly and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 2500 pieces. The device is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant. It also carries ESD ratings of Class 3B for the human body model and Class C for the machine model.
