The MURD530T4G is a state-of-the-art ultrafast rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor, designed for switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 300V and an average forward current rating of 5A, with an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 50ns.
The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.05V at 5A and 25°C, contributing to high efficiency in power conversion circuits. The non-repetitive peak surge current capability is 75A, ensuring robustness during transient overload conditions.
This rectifier is housed in a DPAK (TO-252) surface-mount package, which is RoHS compliant and Pb-Free. The package has a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 3°C/W and is suitable for automated assembly. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C.
With its fast switching characteristics and low conduction losses, the MURD530T4G is an excellent choice for high-frequency power electronics requiring reliable rectification.
