The Vishay Dale MURB1020CT is an ultrafast rectifier diode array from the FRED Pt® series, designed for optimized performance in forward voltage drop and recovery time. It features a 200V reverse voltage rating and a total average rectified forward current of 10A.
This rectifier is suitable for output rectification stages in SMPS, UPS, and DC/DC converters, as well as freewheeling diodes in low voltage inverters and chopper motor drives. Its planar structure and platinum-doped lifetime control ensure excellent performance, ruggedness, and reliability.
The device offers a low forward voltage drop and an ultrafast recovery time of 25 ns. It operates at junction temperatures up to 175 °C and comes in a surface-mount TO-263AB (D²Pak) package.
