The MURA260T3G is a 600V, 2A ultrafast power rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification and freewheeling/protection diode applications. It features a high temperature glass passivated junction and low forward voltage drop of 1.2V max at 2A and 150°C. The device offers fast reverse recovery time of 75ns, making it suitable for switching power supplies and converters.
This rectifier is housed in a compact surface mount SMA package with J-bend leads, rated for automated handling. It has a peak surge current rating of 30A and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The part is Pb-free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. ESD protection exceeds 4000V HBM and 1000V CDM.
Automotive-qualified variants (SURA8260T3G) are available. The MURA260T3G is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 5000 units per reel.
