The MURA230T3G is a 300V, 2A ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode from onsemi, designed for high-voltage, high-frequency rectification and free-wheeling applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.95V maximum at 2A and a junction temperature of 150°C, minimizing conduction losses. The reverse recovery time is 65ns, enabling efficient switching in power supplies and converters.
This device is housed in a compact, surface-mount SMA (DO-214AC) package with J-bend leads, suitable for automated handling and space-constrained designs. It has a high-temperature glass-passivated junction for reliability and is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. The part is Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
Typical applications include high-frequency rectification, free-wheeling diodes, and protection diodes in surface-mount power systems. The MURA230T3G is also available in automotive-qualified variants under the SURA8 prefix.
