The MURA160T3G is a 600V, 1A ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification and free-wheeling protection in surface mount applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 1.05V maximum at 1A and 150°C junction temperature, and a reverse recovery time of 75ns. The device is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) package with J-bend leads, suitable for automated handling. It is Pb-free, halogen free/BFR free, and RoHS compliant. The part also offers ESD protection exceeding 4000V HBM and 1000V CDM.
