The MURA120T3G is an ultra-fast recovery rectifier designed for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling diode applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 1.0A. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.71V at 1.0A and 150°C, and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns. The junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
