The Vishay Dale MUR460-E3/54 is an ultrafast plastic rectifier diode designed for high frequency rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode converters and inverters. It features a glass passivated pellet chip junction, providing an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 75 ns.
This rectifier diode has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 4A. The maximum instantaneous forward voltage is 1.28V at 4A. It operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to +175°C.
The MUR460-E3/54 comes in a DO-201AD axial package, suitable for through-hole mounting. Its mechanical data includes terminals with matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
