The MUR460 is an ultrafast rectifier diode designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as freewheeling diodes. It offers a reverse voltage rating of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 4A. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 1.28V at 4A and a reverse recovery time of 75ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation.
This rectifier is built with a high-temperature glass passivated junction and can operate over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The thermal resistance from junction to case is 6.6°C/W. It is capable of handling a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 110A.
The MUR460 is available in a DO-201AA, DO-27, or axial lead package, with through-hole mounting. The device is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
