The MUR440RLG is a switch-mode power rectifier designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified forward current of 4A. The device features an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 75ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation. With a low forward voltage of 1.28V at 4A, conduction losses are minimized. The rectifier can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 110A. It operates over a junction temperature range up to 175°C, ensuring robust performance in demanding environments.
The MUR440RLG is housed in a DO-201AA, DO-27, or Axial lead package, designed for through-hole mounting. The package is epoxy molded with corrosion-resistant surfaces and solderable leads. The device is Pb-Free, as confirmed by the datasheet. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging (1500 units per reel) or in bulk bags of 500 units.
