The MUR440G from ON Semiconductor is an ultrafast rectifier diode designed for demanding applications such as switch-mode power supplies and inverters. This device offers a robust 4A average rectified forward current capability at 80°C and a high reverse voltage rating of up to 600V.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage of 1.28V at 4A and a fast reverse recovery time of 75ns, ensuring efficient operation. The diode is built with a high-temperature glass passivated junction and operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C.
