MUR420RL

The MUR420RL is an ultrafast rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor, part of the MUR4xx series designed for switch-mode power supplies, inverters, and free-wheeling diode applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 4A under square wave conditions at 80°C. The forward voltage drop is typically 0.89V at 4A, with a maximum of 1.05V at 25°C. The reverse recovery time is typically 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits. Nonrepetitive peak surge current is 125A. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, with a thermal resistance of 6.6°C/W from junction to case. The diode is packaged in a DO-201AA axial lead case, supplied in plastic bags of 500 per bag or tape and reel with 1500 per reel (RLG suffix). The packages are lead-free (Pb-Free).
