The MUR420 is an ultrafast rectifier diode designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diodes. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 4.0A.
The device offers an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 25 ns, low forward voltage drop (0.89V max at 4A), and high surge current capability (125A nonrepetitive). It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
The MUR420 is available in a DO-201AD axial lead package for through-hole mounting. It is supplied in plastic bags of 500 units or tape and reel of 1500 units. The device is Pb-free as per the datasheet.
