The MUR415G is an ultrafast rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor designed for switch-mode power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified forward current of 4A.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage of 890mV at 4A and 25°C, and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns. The device can handle nonrepetitive peak surge currents up to 125A and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
The diode is housed in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial lead package suitable for through-hole mounting. It features a glass passivated junction for high temperature stability and is available in Pb-free packages. Standard packaging includes 500 per bag or 1500 per reel.
