The MUR415 is an ultrafast rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as freewheeling diodes. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified forward current of 4A.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 890mV at 4A and 25°C, a reverse recovery time of 35ns, and a nonrepetitive peak surge current rating of 125A. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and has a thermal resistance (junction-to-case) of 6.6°C/W.
The MUR415 is housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial lead package and is through-hole mountable. The package features a cathode band for polarity identification and is Pb-free. Lead temperature for soldering is 260°C for 10 seconds.
The MUR415 has a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 150V.
The maximum forward voltage is 890mV at 4A and 25°C.
The maximum reverse recovery time (trr) is 35ns.
The MUR415 is available in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial lead package.
The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
