The MUR410G is an ultrafast rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor, part of the MUR4xx series designed for switch-mode power supplies. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 4A. The device exhibits a reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency applications. Forward voltage drop is typically 0.89V at 4A and 25°C, and as low as 0.71V at 3A and 150°C. It can handle a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 125A. The junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a thermal resistance of 6.6°C/W from junction to case. The part is available in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial package with through-hole mounting.
